June 24th, 2010 - 5pm until 11pm in front of Gelato Carina. For the first time in history, francophones and francophiles of the Sea-to-Sky area, which make out for approximately 15 % of the total population of the Corridor, will be coming together in Squamish to share and celebrate their culture on St-Jean-Baptiste Day. All citizens will be treated to free live francophone music on Cleveland Avenue, which will be closed off from 4pm till 11pm for the event to take place. Over 30 businesses downtown have taken part with French song lyrics on their windows.
